In Django 1.11, system checks run as part of the tests and failed:
'django.contrib.auth.context_processors.auth' must be in TEMPLATES
in order to use the admin application.

Fixes #86.

* Updated setup.py to copy the `long_description` strategy [from cookiecutter-pypackage](https://github.com/audreyr/cookiecutter-pypackage/blob/master/%7B%7Bcookiecutter.project_slug%7D%7D/setup.py), which pushes the changelog to PyPI so it's easy to find
